Wadley Farms is a neighborhood community offering a rural lifestyle with city conveniences. Wadley Farms has two to five acre

The neighborhood offers equestrian trails, some homes have views of the Flat Irons and a very short trip to the brand new movie theater and shopping center at 144th and I-25 (The Orchard Town Center). The neighborhood is one of the few in the near Metro area that does NOT have paved roads which can make it difficult to keep your car spotless, but the residents like it that way as it preserves the rural
character with close-in amenities. Also, many of the Wadley Farm houses and land have oil and gas
residuals and there are some particular well restrictions you should be aware of as well.
Wadley Farms homes were built in the late 1970's to late 1990's, in a more traditional style. The homes have approximately 2000 to 4000+ sq ft. with some finished basements. There are 3+ bedrooms with 2+ baths in the average home and you can find as many as 6 bedrooms and bathrooms. Finally the homes are on septic systems so those permits should be reviewed as well prior to buying or selling a home.
Although, Wadley Farms is technically in Brighton, it "feels" like it is located in north Thornton. Wadley Farms does have a Home Owners Association but it is voluntary.
Less than 10 minutes away, at 144th and I-25 is The Orchard Town Center where you can find Target, J.C. Penney's, Macy's and various specialty shops. There is even an AMC Theater and many restaurants. There are summer mini concerts in the pedestrian mall center for you to
kick back and enjoy.
