Erie Colorado Real Estate and Homes

The town of Erie Colorado is located in both Boulder and Weld counties.  Although the town was actually incorporated in 1874, until  the early 2000's it remained a very small community.  However, with the early 2000's housing boom and subsequent development of commercial and residential properties, the town of Erie has truly blossomed into its own community with it's own identity.

The neighborhood descriptions below are definately not all inclusive but seerve to give a general feel for the neighborhoods as well the the ability to search the MLS listings of homes available for sale in each neighborhood.

Erie Colorado Real Estate and Neighborhoods

Arapahoe Ridge Homes - Arapahoe Ridge is a convenant controlled new home community in Erie located just North of Araphoe Rd. and East of Hwy. 287.
Canyon Creek Homes - Canyon Creek homes, built in the late 1990's and early 2000's, generally range between the mid $200's to the mid $300's in price.
Cottonwood Vista Homes - Luxury single family homes in Erie where a panoramic lake and front range views are the focus.
Erie Commons Homes - Homes range in price from the upper $200's to $500's plus. Excellent location for Boulder or Longmont commuters.
Vista Pointe Homes - Built by DR Horton, the Vista Pointe homes are 2400-3900 square feet with lot sizes averaging 9000 square feet.
Vista Ridge Homes - Vista Ridge offers a range of housing from Condos to custom homes around a golf course community on Hwy. 7 just two miles West of I-25.
