Did you ever wonder why there are so many "vista" communities in Erie? You have Vista Estates, Vista Pointe, Vista Ridge, Cottonwood Vista, etc., I think one of the clues to the names are the wonderful mountain views that are so prevalent in Erie.

The Vista Pointe neighborhood is an area in which DR Horton has been the only Erie Colorado Homes builder. There are three different filings so you will have some changes among the homes in each filing. There are approximately 500+ homes with only six inventory homes remaining, one of which is a model. If you are looking for a great buy on a great house, I would strongly recommend you visit this community while there is still time. These house plans tend to be larger, ranging from 2400 square feet up to 3900, with lot sizes averaging around 9000 square feet. These Erie homes tend to feature a lot of "bells and whistles" with solid surface countertops, tile surfaces and floors, hardwoods, beautiful cabinetry and some gorgeous landscaping in the original homes.

This neighborhood has excellent access to I-25 and E-470. You will be approximately 20-30 minutes away from Denver and Boulder. Black Rock Elementary is a newer school located in Vista Ridge, which is a 5-minute drive away. Erie Middle and Erie High School are 10-20 minutes away from the neighborhood. A nice round of golf is just around the corner at Colorado National Golf Club.
